Injury ATV Collision on KY 295 in Crittenden County

Date of News Release: 08/31/2008

(Crittenden County) - Mr. Chasetin Lee Matthews was operating a 2007 Can-Am ATV northbound on KY 295. For an unknown reason, the ATV ran off the right side of roadway, struck an earth embankment, and overturned causing Mr. Matthews to be ejected. Mr. Matthews was transported by Crittenden County EMS to the Crittenden County Hospital for treatment. Mr. Matthews was not wearing a helmet.
