Drug Paraphernalia Arrest in Christian County

(Madisonville, KY.) - Tpr. Jacob Wilson stopped to assist a motorist who had stopped in front of him on Greenville Road in Hopkinsville. Tpr. Wilson approached the driver, James Bowles. A license check on Mr. Bowles revealed that his driver's license was suspended. Upon further investigation, Tpr. Wilson located several items of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Bowles was arrested and charged with 1) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or > Offense, 2) Giving Police Officer False Name, 3) Criminal Littering, 4) Operating On A Suspended Driver's License, 5) No Insurance, 6) Possession of Open Alcoholic Container In Motor Vehicle & 7) Failure To Wear Seatbelt. He was lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.
