Injury Collision on US41 in Hopkins County

Date of News Release: 08/11/2008

(Madisonville, KY.) - Ms. Amanda Lewis was traveling southbound on US41 when she approached a bicyclist in the southbound lane. Ms. Lewis entered the northbound lane to go around the bicyclist and struck a motorcycle operated by Mr. Steve Knight. Mr. Knight was flown from the scene to Deaconess Hospital for treatment to his injuries. Ms. Lewis was uninjured.
