Injury Collision on KY 862 in Hopkins County

Madisonville, KY - Mr. Dexter Singleton was traveling westbound on KY 862, approximately one mile east of Brown Road. A witness traveling eastbound on KY 862 stated that he observed Mr. Singleton's truck exit the right shoulder of the roadway, causing the vehicle to travel down a twenty foot embankment into a ditch, and overturning. Mr. Singleton's truck then slid 153.9 feet before coming to rest on its top, facing west. Mr. Singleton was transported to Regional Medical Center by privately owned vehicle.
