Injury Collision on US 41 in Hopkins County

(Madisonville, KY) - Joshua R. Muhlethaler was traveling northbound on US 41, in the limits of Morton's Gap. Mr. Muhlethaler that he swerved to avoid hitting a dog, causing the vehicle to exit the right shoulder of the roadway into a ditch. Mr. Muhlethaler's vehicle then traveled feet until coming to final rest in a ditch facing northbound, on the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Muhlethaler transported to Regional Medical Center by a privately owned vehicle, for injuries sustained.
