Felony Arrest in Hopkins County

Madisonville, KY - On July 7, 2008, at approximately 1941 hours, Kentucky State Police received a complaint of a domestic dispute between Adam Gray and Lehia Gray on KY 109 near Beulah, KY. Upon arrival it was found that Mr. Gray had struck his wife several times with his hands and feet. He then got into his vehicle, took off and ran over Mrs. Gray's left leg. Mrs. Gray was transported by Med Center EMS to Regional Medical Center where she was treated and released for a broken leg.

Mr. Gray was later located and arrested at a residence on Kirkwood Springs Road, near Dawson Springs, KY. He was transported to the Hopkins County Detention Center where he was processed and lodged. He was charged with Assault 2^nd Degree Domestic Violence. The incident is currently under investigation by Trooper Derek Smith of the Kentucky State Police.
