Injury Collision on Hazel Creek Road in Muhlenberg County

Madisonville, KY - Brittany Miller was operating a 1994 Ford Mustang southbound on Hazel Creek Road. A horse, being ridden by Rachel Elizado, was stopped on Hazel Creek Road. Ms. Miller took evasive action in an attempt to avoid a collision, but was unable to do so. The driver's side of the vehicle struck the horse. Elizado was taken to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment of injuries.
