Criminal Arrest in Todd County

Madisonville, KY - Trooper Jermaine Savage was conducting stationary radar patrol on KY 104 (Clarksville Road) when he observed Mr. William A. Stewart's vehicle traveling northbound at a high rate of speed. Trooper Savage conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. After making the traffic stop, Trooper Savage discovered several other violations. Mr. Stewart was arrested without incident and charged with the 1) Speeding 20 MPH Over The Limit, 2) Failure To Produce Insurance Card 3) Operating Motor Vehicle On A Suspended Operator's License 4) Failure To Wear Seatbelt & 5) Possession of Open Alcoholic Container in Motor Vehicle. He was lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
