Injury Collision on US 79 in Todd County

Madisonville, KY - Mr. Charles Emberton was east bound on US 79, 3 miles east of Guthrie, when a deer entered his lane of travel. Mr. Emberton was unable to avoid a collision with the deer. Mr. Emberton came to final rest in his lane of travel. Mr. Emberton complained of back pain. His passenger, Ms. Emberton, complained of chest pain and was treated at the scene by Todd County EMS. Mr. Emberton and Ms. Emberton were both transported to Logan County Hospital and treated for their injuries.
