Injury Collision on Pennyrile Parkway

(Madisonville, KY) - Robert Canada was operating a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant northbound on the Pennyrile Parkway when he glanced away from the roadway for a moment. The vehicle started to veer to the right. Mr. Canada overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle. It traveled into the median and overturned. The vehicle came to rest upright in the southbound lanes. Mr. Canada was transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center for treatment. The passenger, Andrea Conrad, was not injured. Both subjects were wearing seatbelts.
