Injury Motorcycle Collision on Island Ford Road

(Madisonville, KY) - Mark Pharris was operating a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle northbound on Island Ford Road. As he entered a curve, he lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle exited the right side of the roadway and traveled into a ditch. Mr. Pharris was ejected from the motorcycle. The motorcycle came to rest in a cornfield off the roadway. Mr. Pharris was transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was wearing a helmet.
