Fatal Collision on KY 138 in Hopkins County

Madisonville, KY - Mr. Michael Little was traveling westbound on KY 138 when for unknown reasons he exited the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Little traveled approximately 146 feet before encountering a large ditch. Mr. Little's vehicle then went airborne crossing the ditch and struck the opposing bank. Mr. Little's vehicle came to final rest upright facing west in the ditch. Mr. Little was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Hopkins County Coroner.
