Injury Collision on KY 104 in Todd County

Madisonville, KY - Derrick E. Oliver was southbound on KY 104 in the limits of Trenton. Mr. Oliver attempted to negotiate a curve and lost control of his vehicle. He entered the oncoming lane of travel. Miles P. Powell was northbound and was struck in the left rear drivers' side by Oliver's vehicle.

Mr. Powell's vehicle came to final rest in a ditch on the east side of the roadway. Mr. Oliver's vehicle continued forward coming to final rest in the oncoming lane of travel. The two passengers (Christina A. Mayo & Constance Neblett) of Mr. Oliver's vehicle complained of leg injuries, but refused medical attention from Todd County EMS.
