Injury Collision on Nipper Road in Crittenden County

Madisonville, KY - Ashley Shafer was traveling eastbound on Nipper Road at a high rate of speed when she started to leave the gravel roadway on the right side. Ms. Shafer overcorrected the vehicle slightly causing the vehicle to slide. The pickup proceeded off the roadway on the left side striking a tree. Ms. Shafer and her passenger Christopher Ramage both suffered injuries to their right legs and were transported to the Crittenden County Hospital. Both Ms. Shafer and Mr. Ramage were then transported to Deaconess Hospital in reference to their injuries. The driver was cited for various traffic offenses.
