Injury Collision on KY 171 in Todd County

(Madisonville, KY) - Allison Lyons was operating a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix southbound on KY 171 approximately 5 miles north of Elkton. As she rounded a curve on the wet roadway, she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle exited off the left side of the roadway and struck an earth embankment. The vehicle came to rest off the roadway. Ms. Lyons was transported by ambulance to the Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment. She was wearing a seatbelt.
