Injury Collision on US 431 in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, KY) - Elizabeth Fulkerson was driving a 1995 Nissan southbound on US 431 attempting to turn into the Tobacco Shack. Thomas Higgins was behind her driving a 2006 Sterling dump truck. Mr. Higgins was unable to stop and struck the Nissan in the rear. Both vehicles remained on the road. Mrs. Fulkerson was taken to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital by personal vehicle with a possible injury to her shoulder.
