One Injured in Muhlenberg County Collision on US 62

(Madisonville, KY) - Kimberly Baize was operating a 1997 Toyota Corolla westbound on US 62 approximately 2 miles east of Nelson Creek when her vehicle dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway. Ms. Baize overcorrected and her vehicle crossed both lanes of travel and exited off the roadway. The vehicle traveled into a ditch and overturned coming to rest on its top. Ms. Baize was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Medical Health System for treatment. She was wearing a seatbelt.
