Drug Arrest in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, KY) - On March 11, 2008 officers from the Kentucky State Police arrested two subjects for exceeding the 9 gram Sudafed limit within a 30-day period. Morris Hocker was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on March 11 while he was operating a vehicle on Crossing Street in Drakesboro, KY. Brandy Hale was arrested outside of the Hillside Apartments in Central City, KY on March 11 at 4:04 p.m. Both subjects were charged with Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 1st Offense and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
