Injury Collision on KY 181 in Greenville, KY

Greenville, KY (Muhlenberg County) - James E. Harper age 73 of Greenville, KY was operating a 2000 Ford F-150 pickup truck northbound on KY 1163. As he was approaching KY 181, his vehicle exited off the roadway and traveled through a yard. The vehicle then crossed both lanes of KY 181 and exited off the southbound side of the roadway. The vehicle traveled down an embankment and struck a tree. Mr. Harper was transported by ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Tpr. Nathan Knight investigated the crash that occurred on February 29, 2008 at 11:15 a.m. The Greenville Fire Department and Muhlenberg County EMS assisted at the scene.
