Injury Collision on Happy Lane in Hopkins County

(Hopkins County) - Mrs. Kristy R. Patterson was stopped in traffic behind a large truck that was turning left onto Happy Lane. Mr. Zachary McKinsey was traveling northbound on US41A. He stated that he noticed the vehicle in front of him and applied his brakes in an attempt to avoid a collision. As a result of the wet pavement, Mr. McKinsey's vehicle began sliding and struck Mrs. Patterson's vehicle in the rear. Mrs. Patterson was transported to RMC for possible injuries she sustained in the collision.
