Injury Collision on Hopewell Road in Graves County

Date of News Release: 12/27/2008

(Hickory, KY) - On December 26th, Ms. Katarina Cavitt was travelling northbound on Hopewell Road. Ms. Cavitt swerved to miss a deer and ran off the roadway into a ditch, coming to final rest on the west side of the road. Ms. Cavitt was transported, with back injuries, to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by a private vehicle. None of the passengers were injured in the accident. Investigation continues by Trooper Fields.
