Sexual Abuse Arrest in Carlisle County

An image of Taylor P. Carrigan, click here to enlarge in a new window(Bardwell, KY) - A 59 year old Carlisle County man has been arrested after a complaint that he sexually abused a 10 year old girl. On Friday, November 21st, Kentucky State Police began an investigation with the assistance of the Carlisle County Cabinet for Families and Children. After a week-long investigation, a warrant was obtained for Taylor P. Carrigan for the offense of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree. On Thursday, November 27th, Carrigan was arrested and lodged in the Ballard Co. Jail on a $5000.00 cash bond. The investigation is continuing by Trooper First Class Clint Davis of the Kentucky State Police.
