Receiving Stolen Property Over $300 Investigation & Arrest

(Mayfield, KY) - On November 23, 2008 Kentucky State Police received a complaint from a residence on Hwy 94 East in Graves County. The caller stated that several items had been taken from his garage. After an investigation was completed, Trooper Fields arrested Connie S. Smith of Sedalia. Ms. Smith was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd and Receiving Stolen Property Over $300. Ms. Smith was lodged in the Graves County Jail. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Eric Fields.
