Fatal Collision on KY 373 in Calloway County

(Mayfield, KY) - Mr. David E. Holloman was traveling northbound on KY 373. Based on collision scene evidence, it appears Mr. Holloman's vehicle ran off the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Holloman overcorrected and when his vehicle re-entered the roadway he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway again, struck a ditch and overturned. Mr. Holloman was ejected from the vehicle. Notification was made to next of kin by Trooper Jones. An autopsy was requested but declined by the Lyon County Coroner. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Jones.
