Injury Collision on the Purchase Parkway in Hickman County

(Mayfield, KY) - Juan Antonio Guevara Moreno was southbound on the Purchase Parkway operating a 1998 Mercury Mountaineer. It appears the driver attempted to change lanes and, for unknown reasons, overcorrected. This caused the vehicle to exit the roadway into the median and overturn before coming to final rest on the northbound side. Juan Antonio Guevara Moreno and passenger (Jorge Luis Maldonado-Lopez) were both transported to Memphis Hospital by Air Evac. Trooper Clark was assisted by the Hickman County Sheriff's Department, Fulton County EMS, Fulton County Fire Department, and Air Evac. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Clark.
