Double Fatal Collision on KY 125 in Fulton County

(Mayfield, KY) - Willie Hagler was traveling southbound on KY 125 when he crossed into the northbound lane, striking a sign post. He then crossed back over into the southbound lane, where he ran off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then overturned onto its side and struck a tree. Both subjects (Willie Hagler & Jalissa N. Kinney) were pronounced dead on scene by the Fulton County Coroner, Matt Moss. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Jason Clark.
