DUI Injury Vehicle Collision on Coldwater Road in Calloway County

(Hickory, KY) - Ms. Lindsey Spears was travelling west on Coldwater Road when she failed to negotiate a right hand curve and crossed the center line into the east bound lane where she struck the vehicle driven by Mr. Dustin Irvan. A passenger (Dewey Thompson) in Mr. Irvan's vehicle was transported to Murray-Calloway County Hospital by ambulance and was treated and released. Mr. Irvan was transported to the hospital by private vehicle and was also treated and released. Ms. Spears was not injured and was arrested by Trooper Trey Green and charged with DUI 1^st and lodged in the Calloway County Jail. Trooper Sales was assisted on scene by Trooper Trey Green, Murray Police Department, Murray Fire Department, Murray-Calloway County EMS and Murray-Calloway County DES.
