DUI Collision on Bennett Jones Road in Eddyville

(Mayfield, KY) - Kentucky State Police received a 911 call from a resident on Bennett Jones Road in Eddyville. The caller stated that a car had just crashed into a mobile home located down the road from him. Upon officers' arrival, three men were located at the scene of the collision. Officers also found a Ford pickup truck which had collided with a mobile home. After interviewing the three men at the scene, Kentucky State Police arrested Kenneth Andrews III, Joseph Gillaspie, and William O'Bryan. Mr. Kenneth Andrews III was arrested for DUI 1st, Possession of an Open Alcoholic Container in a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief 1st, and (2) counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. The two passengers, Joseph Gillaspie and William O'Bryan, were each arrested for Alcohol Intoxication. No injuries were sustained in the collision. All arrestees were lodged in the Caldwell County Detention Center.
