The Kentucky State Police Post One Activity Report for the month of January is as follows:

| DUI Arrest | 26 |
Post One Mayfield covers the 11 counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken and Trigg. As of January 31, 2008 there have been 6 people killed in fatal collisions in the Post One area. Of those who died, 3 were not wearing a seatbelt. During the same period in 2007, there were 4 people killed in the Post One area. Statewide in 2008 there have been 59 people killed compared to 61 in 2007.
