Injury Collision on US 51 in Fulton County

(Fulton County) - Nathaniel Worley was southbound on US 51, while Kendra Isbell was northbound on US 51. Nathaniel Worley fell asleep and crossed the center line, sideswiping Kendra Isbell's vehicle. Nathaniel Worley's vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole and traveled 200 foot before coming to a final rest in a field. Kendra Isbell's vehicle came to a final rest just off the side of the highway in a ditch. Both occupants of Kendra Isbell's vehicle (Kendra Isbell & Jeremy Lacewell) were transported by Fulton County EMS to Parkway Regional Hospital and the passenger of Nathaniel Worley's vehicle (Jennifer Sample) was transported by Air Evac to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Trooper Nall was assisted on scene by Trooper Trey Green, Fulton County Sheriff's Department, Hickman County Sheriff's Department, Fulton County Fire & Rescue and Fulton County EMS.
