Injury Collision on US 41 in Henderson County

(Henderson, KY) - David Perkins was operating a 2001 Jeep southbound on US 41 when his vehicle struck the rear of a southbound 2008 Honda driven by Judy Combest. Mr. Perkins then fled the scene in his vehicle. He was later located by the Henderson Police Department and taken into custody. Both subjects were treated and released at Methodist Hospital in Henderson. David Perkins was lodged in the Henderson County Jail on charges of Reckless Driving, Following Too Closely, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
