Felony Drug Arrest in Ohio County

(Henderson, KY) - On August 29th 2008, at approximately 11:15 A.M., KSP aircraft unit was flying over Ohio County and located a large amount of marijuana growing at a residence on Crowe Lane in Fordsville. KSP seized 26 marijuana plants growing on James Doyle's property behind his residence. Upon further investigation KSP units obtained a search warrant for Mr. Doyle's residence and property. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located inside Mr. Doyle's residence. Mr. Doyle was arrested on cultivation of marijuana over 5 plants 1st offense, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Doyle was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.
