DUI Injury Accident on KY 811 in Henderson County

(Henderson, KY) - Jeffrey S. Varble, 39 left a residence on KY 811 in Reed in a GMC pickup truck to try to locate brother Jason J. Varble who had left the same residence on foot some time before. When Jeffrey located Jason walking on the shoulder of the roadway he accidentally struck him with the truck. Jason was life-flighted to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville and his condition is unknown at this time. Jeffrey Varble was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, 1st offense, aggravated. He is lodged at Henderson County Jail.
