Criminal Arrest in Daviess County
Date of News Release: 07/10/2008
(Henderson , KY) - Carolyn S. Basham, 27, of Owensboro, KY was arrested on 07-10-2008 and charged with one count of Criminal Abuse in the 1st Degree. Ms. Basham is charged with having intentionally inflicted a second-degree burn injury on an eleven month old child. The incident was reported to have occurred at Ms. Basham's residence. She is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center and is scheduled for arraignment in Daviess County District Court on 07-11-2008.
