Two Injured in a Collision on KY 81 in Daviess County

(Daviess County) - Dorothy A. Horne, operating a 1986 Dodge Pickup Truck, was travelling southbound on KY 81. She entered the intersection of KY 81 & KY 554, lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road. She struck the Kentuckiana Livestock sign and a light pole at, which point the vehicle overturned, coming to rest on the side. Both occupants (Scott Devins) were transported to Owensboro Mercy Health Systems for treatment of their injuries. Alcohol was involved but not believed to be a factor in the accident. No charges have been filed.
