Personal Injury Collision on Western Kentucky Parkway in Ohio County

(Henderson, KY) - Joseph Raymer was traveling East Bound on the Western Kentucky Parkway in his 1996 GMC Pickup. Raymer fell asleep and crossed over into the median. Raymer traveled approximately 438ft down the median and into the West bound traffic where he struck Hibbs who was traveling west bound on the Western Kentucky Parkway in a Tractor-Trailer. Raymer was then ejected from the vehicle and landed approximately 69 ft from where the vehicles collided. Raymer was Life Flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital from the scene with multiple injuries. Hibbs suffered no injuries.
