DUI Arrest in Russell Springs, KY

(Columbia, KY) - Dustin L. Curry, D.O.B 12/07/1988 of Russell Springs was arrested @ 2346 hrs. in the limits of Russell Springs and charged with: Failure to use turn signal, Failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs .02 under 21, Failure to notify DOT of address change and rear license plate not illuminated. He was lodged in the Russell County Jail. Tpr. J. Barnett investigated.
