"Over the Limit, Under Arrest" Statistics

(Columbia, KY) - August 15 - September 1, 2008 Kentucky State Police Troopers from Post 15 participated in the "Drunk driving over the Limit, Under Arrest" enforcement campaign. As a result of their efforts at 32 different checkpoints, the following activity was acquired.

30 DUI arrests
11 drug arrests
3 Felony arrests
16 Reckless driving citations
90 Seatbelt citations
10 Child restraint citations
31 suspended license citations
103 no insurance citations
266 speeding citations
268 other traffic violations
