Injury Collision on HWY 619 in Russell County

(Columbia, KY) - Steven Huff age 23 of Russell Springs, KY & Beverly J Collins age 50 of Russell Springs were eastbound on HWY 619. Ms. Collins had stopped her vehicle to make a left turn and was struck in the rear by Mr. Huff's vehicle.

Mr. Huff was cited to court for Operating on Suspended License, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance, and No Registration Receipt.

Steven Huff was not belted. He was treated and released from the Russell County Hospital. Mr. Huff's passenger (Joshua Giles, age 23 of Russell Springs) was not injured.

Beverly J Collins was belted and was not injured in the collision. Ms. Collins' passengers (Rick Collins age 44) was treated and released from the Russell County Hospital. Ms. Collins' other two passengers (Alexandria & Hayley Popplewell) were not injured in the collision.
