Three Injured in a Two Car DUI Collision in Casey County

(Columbia, KY) - Alfonso G. Perez age 25 of Liberty, KY was operating a 1998 Nissan truck and was traveling east on KY 70. Chrystal Wyatt age 18 of Dunnville, KY was operating a 2000 Pontiac and was traveling west on KY 70. Mr. Perez's vehicle crossed the centerline and struck Ms. Wyatt's vehicle head on. Mr. Alfonso Perez was charged with DUI, No Operators License, Leaving Scene of Accident-Failure to Render Aid or Assistance and No Hospital. Ms. Wyatt#39;s passengers (Erin Hayes, age 20 and William Hayes age 7 months) were both belted and were treated and released from the Casey County Hospital.
