Two Escapees from Transitions INC

Date of News Release: 11/16/2008

(Ashland, KY) - The Kentucky State Police in Ashland was notified by Transitions INC (a halfway house located in Boyd County) of two inmates that had walked away. Subjects were last thought to be on foot and attempting to make their way to the 13th Street bridge.

Escapee 1 - Anthony Lykins, 24yoa, W/M, 5'10", 200lbs, Blue eyes and Brown hair. Lykins was being held on previous charges of Robbery 2nd and was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket and dark colored pants. Lykins has numerous tattoos on both arms and is from the Winchester KY area.

Escapee 2 - Donnie Brown, 20yoa, W/M, 6'0", 160lbs, Brown eyes and Brown hair. Brown was being held on previous charges of Burglary 2nd and was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie and dark colored pants. Brown has tattoos on both forearms and is from the Winchester KY area.
