June Monthly Activity From Post 14

(Ashland, KY) - During the month of June 2008, there were 47 motor vehicle collisions investigated by State Police working out of the Ashland Post in the four counties of Boyd, Greenup, Carter, and Lawrence.
During June of 2008 there was 4 fatalites in the Post 14, which occurred in Carter County (1), Greenup County (1), and Boyd County (2) compared to 3 in May 2007, which occurred in Carter. Statewide fatalities stand at 368 compared to 410 for the same time period in 2007.
