Post 13 Troopers Honored at Ceremony

(Hazard, KY) - Kentucky State Police Tpr. Jacqualine Pickrell and Tpr. Christopher Frazier of KSP Post 13 in Hazard were recognized at the Governor's Impaired Driving Enforcement Awards ceremony in Lexington on Dec. 4. The troopers led Post 13 for arrests in impaired driving enforcement during the past year. The Post Commander at Hazard Post, Captain Scott Miller, stated these Troopers should be commended for their hard work and commitment to taking impaired drivers off the roadways of Kentucky. The awards ceremony was hosted by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Office of Highway Safety along with the Federal Highway Administration and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
