Fatal Collision on KY HWY 267 in Perry County

(Hazard, KY) - Timothy Hall was driving a 1992 Mazda passenger car and traveling south bound on KY hwy 267 in the Rowdy Low Gap area of Perry County when he lost control of the vehicle and ran over a 20 foot embankment, striking a rock cliff. He was transported to Hazard ARH and then later to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in critical condition. The Perry County Coroner pronounced the passenger dead at the scene. The passenger was identified as Bobbie C. Hall age 28 of Garner, KY. Seatbelts were not in use. The accident remains under investigation by Trooper Chad Easterling.
