Shelby County Incest Investigation

Date of News Release: 04/11/2008

(Frankfort, KY) -During a year long investigation the Shelby County Grand Jury indicted Mr. Roy I. Cissell on four counts of Incest. He was arrested on April 11, 2008 without incident. The investigation continues and there may be more charges. Incest is a Class B Felony. He was lodged at Shelby County Detention Center
