Bomb Threat Arrest in Pulaski County

(London, KY) - On Wednesday, April 09, 2008 at 02:24 AM the Kentucky State Police in London received a report of a bomb threat at the Southwestern High School in Pulaski County.
The Sheriff's Office in Jacksonville, FL received a complaint from an online gamer in their area that during online play a threat was made in reference to the high school. Their investigation discovered the threat was made from a residence in Pulaski County Kentucky.
KSP Detective Doug Boyd was assigned the complaint and has charged a juvenile with Terroristic Threatening 1ST in reference to the incident.
Detective Boyd is in charge of the investigation and was assisted by Detective Billy Correll and the Jacksonville, Florida Sheriff's Office.
The offense of Terroristic Threatening 1ST Degree, (making a false bomb threat at a school), is a Class C Felony in the State of Kentucky.
