(London, KY) - On Thursday 01-17-2008 at approximately 6:36 PM the Kentucky State Police responded to a Disturbance complaint at 4870 South Wilderness Road, Mount Vernon, KY.

Upon arrival officers were confronted by an armed subject, later identified as Ronald D. Renner, 50 of Mount Vernon, who then barricaded himself inside his residence. KSP Negotiator Trooper K.Y.
