(Barbourville, KY) - On 11/06/2008 at 4:00 p.m., Kentucky State Police Arson Investigators from Post 10 Harlan and Post 12 Frankfort arrested James Adam Yeager, age 20 of Gray, KY. Detective Josh Bunch and Detective Kevin Dunn received a tip from the Kentucky Division of Forestry about a subject that was setting wild land fires in Knox County.
