Death Investigation in Wheelwright, KY

Date of News Release: 08/27/2007

(Pikeville, Ky.) - Latasha D. Glover was an inmate at Otter Creek Correctional Facility and was found unresponsive by her cell mate. The floor supervisor was notified and Glover was taken by EMS to McDowell Appalachian Regional Hospital where she was pronounced dead by Floyd County Deputy Coroner Greg Nelson. Foul play is not suspected at this time but will not be ruled out until the autopsy is performed tomorrow (8/28/07). The incident is still under investigation by Detective Ben Cramer.
