Burglaries in Boyle, Garrard and Lincoln County Investigation

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond, along with the Sherriff's Departments of Boyle, Garrard and Lincoln County, have been investigating several residential burglaries in the Central Kentucky area. On 11/23/2007, the Boyle County Sheriff's Department arrested Dustin Flannery, age 24 of Junction City, in the process of committing one of these burglaries. Through investigation the Kentucky State Police and the Garrard County Sheriff's Department has recovered seventeen firearms, jewelry, video cameras, tools and various other items taken in these burglaries at local pawn shops in the Central Kentucky area. In addition, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Police has also recovered ten firearms stolen in these burglaries at several Lexington pawn shops. Additional charges against Dustin Flannery are pending, and these cases will be presented to a Grand Jury.
